Terms and Conditions

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Any overseas orders may take longer. I endeavour to process orders promptly but in the unlikely event of a delay in being able to fulfil your order I will let you know and give you an expected delivery date.

The best way to send fine art prints on paper to minimize the risk of damage is unmounted, rolled and protected in a sturdy postal tube. Your print will be wrapped in acid-free tissue inside the tube. It is important that you remove the print with utmost care using the spare tissue at each end of the packed print rather than pulling on the print itself, slide it out gently and make sure your hands are clean before you carefully unroll your artwork for that first look. My advice is to then put it straight back in the tube and take it to your framer as soon as possible to get it safely under glass in a fabulous frame!

Your payment will be refunded in full in the event of a limited edition being sold out or if you are unhappy with your print in any way.
You may return your order within seven days of receiving it. Return the print(s) in their original condition to me at the address on the invoice, using the same postal tube in which your order was sent to you. You will then have your payment refunded via the same payment method used to place your order. The returned print(s) must be in perfect condition and you have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Please do not place an order if you are not willing to accept these conditions.

Prints are available as high quality Giclée prints. Each reproduction is part of a limited edition and is individually signed and numbered by Kate Davies. The editions are kept at 50 making them more exclusive and collectable. Sizes of prints are approximate and generally printed at A4, A3, A2 but can be printed to any size you require.

I do have a contact for framing if you need help with this but its generally more practical & more cost effective for you to arrange this due to additional posting charges & risk of damage to the glass & print.

Giclées are the best quality prints that can be bought. They are individually printed on to fine art paper. Only specialised pigmented inks are used which give the remarkable colour saturation that one would expect of a painting.
To create each Giclée print the image is sprayed onto the paper at the rate of one million droplets of ink per second giving a continuous tone result. This is a slow technique which produces prints that are rich in colour, with a flawless texture that matches the feel of the original. Distinguishing one from an original can be very difficult.
