Kate has been building her brand ‘Country Grandeur’ via social media for some months, alongside running a busy household & renovating her dream country equestrian home. Many of the photos you see on the website are taken at Kate’s home in Buckinghamshire.
Kate’s love of horses started at a very early age, leaning to ride at the age of 5 it soon become Kate’s main love. Kate now owns a few of her own horses Boadicea & Little Lady who Kate regularly photographs & are kept at her home.
Since moving to the countryside and becoming a mum, Kate discovered her other childhood passion of drawing. It wasn’t till one day sat with her boys at the kitchen table she remembered all the reasons she used to enjoy art at school. Over a period of a few months Kate spent a few hours a week drawing to escape the mayhem of the house renovations by drawing. This allowed Kate to practise with different techniques and discover a style she enjoyed. Being able to combine Kate’s two greatest loves has been a dream come true.
With such a great response to Kate artwork via friends, family & social media she began gaining her confidence and realising this could be more than just a hobby. Kate’s love for anything equestrian involves into everything including her artwork, interiors & lifestyle.
